Also please list the time of your session, the amount you paid and the reference number given to you by Paypal. The time stamp issued by our inter net service provider is the final word as to whether you cancelled your appointment on time. Sessions cancelled within 24hours of their appointed time are subject to a 50% cancelation fee without exception. By prepaying your appointment you acknowledge reading all of our policies and agree to be bound by them, terms subject to change without notice. |
