Jack and paranormal Phenomena
It is interesting to note that when inquiring about Jack's interest in paranormal phenomena he repeatedly affirms he is a true skeptic. This might seem odd for someone who professes to have been aware of his intuitive abilities since early childhood but nevertheless when speaking to Jack, one cannot help understand this claim, based on the company he keeps and his practical disposition. Please enjoy an over view of two old cases taken from Jack's personal files.
Case #1: In December 2005 this unaltered digital photograph of an opaque figure was taken on the site of a reported haunting in Sun Valley, California. The primary home and surround domiciles on the compound were clean, modern and well maintained. The resident(s) were affluent, attractive, educated, social and reported good health. (The specific claims reported by the tenants are to remain private due to their graphic nature.) The anomaly pictured above was not discernable to the naked eye at the time this photograph was taken. There were also no reflective surfaces present, only a darkened walkway along side the house adjacent to where "attacks" had been reported to have occurred. Sadly, little data could be obtained from the site save this photograph and the compelling emotionally charged testimony of the inhabitants. Jack toured the ten acre compound with no previous knowledge of the property while the technical investigation was being simultaneously conducted indoors. The historical data acquired psychically was verified accurate based on historical accounts and first hand knowledge of the property. Of even greater importance however was how the retro cognitive data presented itself. The unique nature of this case seemed to directly support the possibility that the events that occurred on the property were in fact somehow linked to the disturbing activity reported by the client. No concrete explanation was ever found for this photograph nor was the activity witnessed by any researchers.
Jack strives to meet the needs of his "paranormally challenged" clients through education based on first hand experiences, practical scientific theory and simple compassion. "Each case offers an opportunity to collect data which will one day help illustrate how our minds interface with the material and spiritual worlds. We are not separate from our environment", he says. But above all, what is most important to Jack is dissolving his clients fears by inspiring a greater sense of self awareness. He has this to say about paranormal investigations,
"What is or is not paranormal is often a matter of opinion. The bottom line is there is no power in the universe, paranormal or otherwise that can disconnect us from unconditional love. Ignorance of our true self as a divine expression of love's omnipresence is the only thing that can cloud our awareness of the light within us. When faced with a paranormal concern there is no fight to be made, battle to be won or soul to save. There is only surrender and a return to love within our own consciousness." ~jack
Learning to love ourselves more fully is often the only key to relieving the conditions that theoretically support the manifestation of paranormal as well as alleged or perceived paranormal events according to Mr. Rourke. In one recent interview Jack was quoted as saying "If by our intervention we can provide a fresh perspective, tools or even services through which we can comfort a client enabling them to feel emotionally reassured as well as intellectually and spiritually empowered to regulate their own future stresses than we feel we have done our job."
Case #2:
In the summer of 2005 a paranormal investigator fled the Palmdale, California home he was researching in the middle of the night due to psychokinetic activity (potergeist) and his fear of a "presence" in the home. He then contacted a paranormal investigative group headed by a well known author who in turn asked Jack to assist him on this case.
The photos below depict only a small part of this an A typical case of a family living under perceived paranormal circumstances. Following a very long and ultimately emotionally uplifting evening, explanations were offered to explain many of the anomalous occurrences in the home, including the origins of the scratches.
Dramatic case of an "attack" on a teenage girl reported by her mother as a "demon" attack. The symbols depicted appeared repeatedly over numerous parts of the girls body, spontaneous and independent of physical contact. The markings developed under direct observation of Jack and an investigative team out of Anaheim, California. What began as clear unblemished skin morphed into raised welts then scratches that produced blood. All of it was captured on video.
This case presented it self in a location with poor situational hygiene, varying indiscriminate EMF fields, substance abuse, high levels of anxiety and an emotionally unstable matriarch. Following the technical investigation a psychic reading was performed where the deceased parents of the 35 year old matriarch presented themselves with her lost child. The specific details of the reading are confidential however the result was a deeply profound cathartic release of emotional energy that resulted in an immediate and discernable change in the emotional climate of the home. A cleansing was then performed by two of Jack's colleagues from the investigative team and instructions were given for after care. Follow up: After the shift of energy in the home, two additional women, their children and a recently paroled man who were staying in the home moved out. The sixteen year old girl who was believed to be under "demon" attack returned to live with her father. The home, the complainaint and her 8 year old daughter enjoyed a temporary reprieve from distress. Sadly, the complainant terminated her relationship with her therapist after the doctor insisted she attend treatment for substance abuse. In the absence of main stream psychiatric care the complainaint some months later began to ask for additional assistance from the investigative team. Her current status in unknown.
