 Private readings are conducted on a one on one basis at selected Southern California locations. As a client you will be regarded with the same privacy, respect and care one would expect from other mainstream professionals. Jack is clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient. Audio recording of the reading is not permitted. Please bring a pen and pad of paper in order to take notes however we normally have these items available for your use in case you forget. We also encourage you to prepare your questions ahead of time and have a good familiarity with your extended family. We have noticed how sometimes it is easy to forget the most important questions so it helps to jot them down prior to your appointment. During your reading, and upon meeting Jack we kindly ask that you be mindful of your conversation. Please refrain from contributing any and all extraneous information about your person, family,current or past life situation or that of those close. We ask this because it is Jack's intent to convey information to you about your life from the non physical only, without any outside assistance. However you will be asked questions from time to time such as "Do you understand this?" This is normal. Your reading, generally speaking will consist of three parts. Part one is the giving of information to you in order to demonstrate psychic phenomena. Part two is answering your personal questions and part three is the resolution of the reading where quite often a sense of purpose or general theme of the reading is discovered.

A telephone reading is a one on one consultation using the same psychic process as an in person session. Psychic information is received through linking to a non local consciousness, therefore your physical presence is not required for a reading to be successful. To conduct a telephone reading all sessions must be prepaid and clients must be able to receive blocked calls to a stable land line. Your personal appointment time is scheduled just for you and during that time you will have Jack's full undivided attention. Please understand it is important for Jack to maintain concentration and a sense of calm in order to provide you with the best service. There fore, distractions associated with mobile devices and failure to abide by reading guidelines are counter productive to you having the best reading possible. With that being said, please understand we cannot have any one listening in because they create a distraction. Also, should disconnection occur, we will make every attempt to call you back but our attempts will be finite in number and there will be no refunds due to disconnection or for technical / personal interferance on your end. We do apologize for any inconvenience. In person sessions are conducted in a controlled environment so please understand our few rules for phone readings are meant to establish the same sense of peace. You may find it helpful to read our section on "in person readings" in order answer some of your questions as well as learn information we are required to provide you as a responsible practitioner.

Also please list the time of your session, the amount you paid and the reference number given to you by Paypal. The time stamp issued by our internet service provider is the final word as to whether you canceled your appointment on time. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of their appointed time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee without exception. By prepaying your appointment you acknowledge reading all of our policies and agree to be bound by them, terms subject to change without notice. |
